1. About LINVAKO

Product availability is subject to inventory. If an item cannot be supplied after an order is placed, we will contact you about the affected item and refund its payment when applicable.

An order confirmation confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee fulfillment if payment authorization fails, the product is unavailable, or a material listing error prevents fulfillment.

You may request a cancellation by emailing service@linvako.com with your order number before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, the order must follow the return process described in our Return Policy.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, email address, delivery address, and contact information when placing an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered under our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

For standard orders delivered within the United States, processing normally takes 1–3 business days, and estimated transit takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. The total estimated period is 8–18 business days from order to delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping methods, available destinations, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Eligible change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery and meet the conditions stated in that policy.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customer support. LINVAKO will provide a prepaid return label or another no-cost resolution as described in the Return Policy.

After a returned package is received, its condition is assessed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the inspection is completed. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Do not send a return to the registered business address unless customer support provides that instruction. Follow the return instructions supplied for your request.
